The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar sized school and be committed to upholding the school's values and ethos. Key Responsibilities:
•    Provide strategic leadership and management of the school.
•    Drive the development and implementation of educational policies and practices.
•    Foster a positive, safe and inclusive school environment that supports the well-being and development of pupils and staff.
•    Ensure compliance with all aspects of running an academy
•    Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and achievement.
•    Manage school resources effectively and efficiently.
•    Develop positive partnerships and provide effective communications with all stakeholders including staff; parents/carers; governors, local and national partners as well as the wider community
 
Essential Requirements:
•    Confident leader, able to motivate and inspire the school community.
•    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and significant experience in a senior leadership role within a school setting.
•    Extensive experience of working in a similar sized school, preferably in a leadership capacity
•    Proven track record of driving school improvement and raising educational standards.
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
•    Excellent organisational and management abilities.
•    Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of children and young people.
•    Experience with curriculum development and implementation.
•    Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices.
•    Ability to engage and collaborate with a diverse school community.

Desirable Criteria
•     A strong working knowledge of National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) or working towards 
•    the requirements for compliance in running an academy

Midday Supervisor

2 x Midday Supervisors
Starting as soon as possible 
6.25 Hours Per Week- Term time only
Salary: PCD 3 - £23,151 Full time equivalent salary per annum pro rata
(Salary Includes Living wage supplement) 
Initial Posts are Fixed Term July 31st July 2025  

These are fixed term posts, due to pupil numbers and the contracts will run initially to the 31st July 2025, but there is a possibility this could be extended to longer term.

The Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, well organised, outstanding midday supervisor to work in our open and friendly primary school. You will be an excellent practitioner who consistently delivers creative and fun activities which support children’s enjoyment of lunchtime.

The main responsibilities of the role are:
•    supervise children whilst they are eating
•    ensure safe supervision indoors and outdoors
•    a commitment to teamwork
•    effective communication skills
•    a willingness to update knowledge and skills through further training
  
The ability to form good relationships with children and other colleagues is essential.
