Fixed Term Post Until 31 August 2024
0.8 FTE
Following the resignation of a long standing member of staff, we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, enthusiastic and professional Primary School teacher to join our wonderful team here at Dearham Primary School, for the summer term. This role will involve three days teaching a fantastic Year 5 class, as well as an additional day of PPA cover, working closely with colleagues to ensure continuity and progression for our pupils.
Having joined the school as the Headteacher, at the beginning of January, I have been overwhelmed by the welcome and kindness of all members of the Dearham Primary School community. Our children embody the school ethos, are motivated to do their best and demonstrate excellent standards of behaviour. It truly is a wonderful place to work and I hope that you will be interested in joining our team. Visits to the school are welcomed and can be arranged for the week beginning 19th February so that you can come and see for yourself. I look forward to hearing from you.
The successful candidate will:
· Have QTS and have demonstrated professionalism and high standards.
· Be fully supportive of our inclusive ethos.
· Have excellent curriculum and assessment knowledge.
· Nurture children and believe in each and every child’s uniqueness.
· Work as part of a team with colleagues, families, Governors and the Trust.
· Celebrate, enjoy and enthuse the children, putting them at the forefront of everything you do
