Administration Clerical and Finance Level 2/Clerk to Governors

Cleator Moor Nursery School are looking to employ a Permanent level 2 Administrator clerical and finance/Clerk to Governors to commence employment on Monday 3rd June 2024 or as soon as possible thereafter. 

The successful candidate is primarily required to be the School’s first point of contact. The successful candidate will be welcoming, personable, helpful and able to represent the School in a professional and friendly manner. In addition, it is essential that the person for this role is organised, able to multitask, work flexibly and have a “can do” approach. 

Working hours will be Monday-Friday 8:40am-12:45pm based on a 20-hour contract, however we may be able to negotiate and be flexible on timings.  

BS4 £23,500 pro rota, term time only position + 2 weeks during School closure. 20hrs per week, however we would consider applications for 16 hours+.  

We are looking for someone to join our School team who:
•    Has as friendly and approachable manner
•    Is flexible to carry out the varied demands of the post
•    Has good literacy and numeracy skills
•    Has good IT skills and is familiar with MS office software
•    Is organised and able to prioritise their own workload
•    Have excellent communication skills to work with all the stakeholders within the School
