The Local Governing Body of Wreay C of E Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious and hardworking teaching assistant to work in our school community.  This contract is for one term initially, linked to pupil needs. 

PCD5 - Grade 5, SCP6
One term –initially (end date 31/08/2024)
Hours: 32.5 hours (8.30am-3.30pm)
Paid weeks per year: Term time (39 weeks)

Teaching Assistant

1 Five days 28.75 to 32.5 hours in KS1 (hours can be agreed to suit the candidate)

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced and skilled Teaching Assistant to work in our school. This role needs someone who can support the class teacher and support children with additional needs/SEND 1:1 or in groups.

Applicants need to be qualified to Level 3 for both roles.

West Lakes Academy are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious and self-motivated person to join the Technology Team. This is a key role in providing a welcoming and safe environment for staff, students and visitor's.
We seek a conscientious, adaptable technician to support the Food Technology curriculum.

Under the instruction/guidance of senior staff, to provide assistance and information as required in the preparation of resources, maintenance and support to staff and pupils. Ensuring the food hygiene requirements are followed, meeting both the health & safety standards and the requirements of the classes involved.

Other duties include making sure the room is cleaned to a very high standard.

Including helping to ensure that stock levels are maintained, safely stored and future requirements are identified. With occasional assistance to the other curriculum technicians if required.

This is a busy and varied role and candidates should have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Although advantageous, the post requires no previous experience of working in a school setting. Previous experience is desirable however full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Kitchen Assistant

The Governor’s of St Cuthbert’s Catholic Primary School, Wigton are looking to appoint a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our kitchen team.

OP1 £23,151 pro rata actual salary £5,352 per annum ( this includes the living wage supplement hourly rate £12.00

10 hours per week (Monday to Friday 11:30am to 1:30pm)
Term Time only +1 week 

Working in our school kitchen you will assist the kitchen team leader in preparing and serving healthy meals on a daily basis, setting up and cleaning away tables and equipment, including cleaning the dining area, kitchen surfaces, cupboards, tables and equipment.  Experience in a similar role would be preferred but is not essential.
